Reference Review

A review of your existing reference approach in which we will meet and interview key players in the reference process to build up an understanding and gather data that will enable us to propose a tailored programme to address your needs. A report will be provided with a summary of the findings and a recommended approach and budget. The areas we would cover are:

  • Business overview including strategy, direction, goals and product overview
  • Sales and marketing strategy and the role of references to support it
  • Current reference process including a review of existing references and how they are accessed/used by sales and marketing
  • Reference requirements
