Pipeline Generation and Management

Fuel and manage the reference pipeline and deliver references to meet agreed targets. Service internal clients to support sales and marketing efforts e.g. customer speakers, analyst interviews, demand generation campaigns, and sales references.

Customer Programmes

Advise on the setup and design of other customer-related programmes, including Customer Advocacy Programmes and Customer User-Groups. Manage implementation of the programmes as required.

Result Metrics

Devising metrics to help track the effectiveness of the reference approach, including measures of volume, efficiency, ratio of referenceable customers, and influence on revenue.
